What I’ve built

I founded doorstep.music, now the largest in-home music school in the Southwest(!), so my job is basically to see the iceberg and not hit it.

Why it matters

I worked really hard over the last 3 years to create a company that gives me freedom. I am not chained to a desk. I have the flexibility to live the life I want to live, and nobody can ever take it away. That's worth more to me than any job, but...

I've learned through experience that business never comes before family. I would give it all away tomorrow for my family.

Success doesn’t mean much if your priorities are out of order. I have built my business to serve my family, not the other way around.

It’s a good life. Fun, meaningful, and spontaneous.

It would be even better shared.
